This web site is owned and operated by Logomark, Inc., Logomark has a firm commitment to protecting your privacy. Information Collection and Use

With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. For credit card transactions, Logomark.com adds security by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This means that the credit card information you send is encrypted by your computer, and then decrypted again on our side, preventing others from accessing your private information in between.

Most non-personal information is collected via cookies. Logomark may use cookies to enhance the user experience and personalize content. A cookie is a small data file that is transferred to your hard drive and identifies you as a unique user. Cookies help the Company understand which areas of the website are most popular to help improve the user experience on future visits.

Personal Information

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding new products and services or upcoming events. Persons who supply us with their email address on-line may receive email marketing from us with information regarding new products and services or upcoming events.  If you supply us with your postal address on-line you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice.

Your Choices Relating to Your Personal Information

Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected. We will be sure your name is removed from the our contact list. Upon request we provide site visitors with access to all information [including proprietary information] that we maintain about them. If you want to access or update your personal information, change opt in/out selections on your account, request deletion of your information or restrict processing of your information, you may do so by clicking GDPR Options. GDPR options are automatically visible if the country code in your address is an EU country. If you are an EU citizen living outside the EU you can update your EU citizen status in your profile. This will also enable GDPR options on your account. The withdrawal of consent will not or may not affect processing which has already occurred

This California Consumer Privacy Act (" CCPA") privacy policy (this "CCPA Policy") is included in our Privacy Policy and applies to Logomark, Inc. ("LM," "we," "us," or "our")’s processing of personal information of California consumers (as the terms "personal information" and "consumer" is defined under the CCPA) (collectively, "Consumers," "you," or "your"). Any capitalized terms or other terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Privacy Policy or, if not defined herein or in the Privacy Policy, the CCPA. Your CCPA Rights

You may request access to the personal information that we have collected and maintained about you (along with information regarding its use and disclosure) over the past twelve (12) months upon appropriate verification. You may only make such requests twice (2) per every twelve (12) months
